French Style Rolling Pins
Oh—these are the “cat’s pajamas!” They work so well…guess that is why they are shown on the cooking shows. Ours are about 16” long so they fit in a standard drawer and are turned of kiln dried maple…finished with food safe walnut oil. They taper from about 1 1/2” in the center to 1” at the ends and are sanded through multiple grits. So much easier on the hands than standard American rolling pins and whatever you are rolling out tends to come out more even and not thinner at the edges!
